CrazyDrill and MiquDrill: cost-effective drilling solutions for all requirements

CrazyDrill represents the intelligent solution for high volume production of precision parts. For deep holes or difficult materials CrazyDrill Cool with the innovative internal cooling system developed by Mikron Tool provides optimum cooling and lubrication right at the cutting edge, even on machines with low-pressure. Compared with standard drills, CrazyDrill achieves higher speeds and feeds. CrazyDrills with a diameter of 1,5 mm ( .06" ) or more can be reground and recoated which considerably increases the cost-effectiveness of the drill.

MiquDrill is thought for manufacturers having mainly small production lots and a huge variety of work pieces. This line consists of NC spot drills, short drills and universal drills.
